Open to legal residents of State(s)/Service Area who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entries must be within our service area for installation eligibility: Multnomah county, Clackamas County, Washington County, Oregon only. Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of Company Name are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. 2) Promotion Period Entry period begins 11-23-25 and midnight with PST and ends 12-25-25 at midnight PST time zone. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device. 3) How to Enter Complete the Instagram/Meta Lead Form with: full name, email, ZIP code, and optional phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person/email. Multiple entries, automated or scripted entries, or entries via bots are prohibited and may be disqualified. One mail-in entry per person. 5) Prize One (1) winner will receive one (1) Daikin 20.3 SEER mini split heat pump system with standard residential installation by Company Name. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Daikin Heat-pump installed $6500 Model/specifications may vary based on site assessment and availability; Sponsor may substitute a comparable model of equal or greater value if necessary. No cash alternative or prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. What “Standard Installation” Includes: On-site assessment; mounting of indoor and outdoor units; up to 15 feet of line set/refrigerant piping; wall penetration; condensate drain; basic pad or wall bracket; system startup and commissioning. Does not include: electrical panel upgrades; or changes; drywall/finish repairs; line hide, asbestos/lead abatement; structural modifications; crane services; permits/fees beyond standard; anything caused by pre-existing conditions. Additional work, if required and approved by winner, will be quoted separately. Site Suitability Winner must own or have written permission from the property owner for installation at the service address. Installation must meet code, manufacturer requirements, and site feasibility as determined by Sponsor. If the site is unsuitable, Sponsor may offer a reasonable alternative solution or a prize of comparable value at Sponsor’s discretion. 6) Winner Selection and Odds Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Draw Date 12-25-25 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 7) Winner Notification and Verification Potential winner will be notified via email (and/or phone if provided) within 10 days of the drawing. Potential winner must respond within 10 days and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and W-9 If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or provide required documentation by the deadline of Jan 5th 2026, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. 8) Taxes All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated as included are the winner’s sole responsibility. If required, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV. 9) Publicity By accepting the prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, city/ZIP, likeness, photos/video of installation, and statements for marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 10) Release and Limitation of Liability By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance/use, including installation and any delays, cancellations, or issues beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries; technical failures; human error; or any damage to person or property. 11) Disqualification; General Conditions Sponsor may disqualify entries for fraud, tampering, bot activity, or violation of these Terms. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any factor impairs integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of early termination, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received up to the date of termination. 12) Platform Disclosure This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Meta/Instagram/Facebook. 13) Communications and Opt-Out By entering, you agree to receive emails and/or calls/texts from Sponsor regarding this giveaway and HVAC services. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting us. 14) Privacy Information collected is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.magicmikesheating.com/general-clean, to your Privacy Policy. Personal information is used to administer this giveaway and for marketing, consistent with that policy. 15) Governing Law; Disputes Governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in clackamas county Oregon. 16) Winner List To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Magic Mike’s Heating and Cooling inc. — Winner List, PO BOX 5 Estacada Oregon 97023, within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends. 17) Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the giveaway and may be updated by Sponsor at any time by posting a revised version at https://www.magicmikesheating.com/general-clean, effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
